ETCR3660 DC Resistance Tester, also known as transformer DC resistance tester, DC low-value resistance tester, grounding conduction tester, which mainly used to measure transformer winding resistance; grounding continuity resistance; cable conductor resistance; contact resistance of switches, connectors and relays: metal riveting resistance winding resistance of coil, motor and transducer; connection resistance between metal components; welding point resistance: Battery parallel connection resistance; wire length measurement and calculation, etc. The instrument shell adopt with waterproof protection box, which is anti-collision, anti-fall, and waterproof (protection level IP65). It is strong, safe and durable. The instrument is also equipped with a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery pack, which is especially suitable for use on outdoor construction sites. lt is widely used in construction quality inspection station, supervision company, construction units, lightning protection companies, electric power departments and ship engine factory, etc. The instrument adopt with the microprocessor technology and precision 4-wire method to test, accurate and reliable. With two measurement modes: automatic measurement and manual measurement. Automatic measurement mode: The instrument automatically select the measurement range and test current gear, manual measurement mode: users can choose their own measurement range and current gear to meet the requirements of user on different occasions. The instrument has the function of converting resistance at 75℃ to compensate for the temperature and material of the test product,also has automatic discharge function, alarm function, and automatic shutdown function.
ETCR3660 DC Resistance Tester consist of host, monitoring software, test line, charger, USB communication line, etc. The instrument adopt with a large LCD display screen, the test resistance value and the test current are displayed on the same screen, and the instrument has Bluetooth communication. After installing the APP, you can perform test operation or view test result on your mobile phone, which is particularly convenient for on-site use. The instrument can store 600 groups of data, and is connected to the computer through the USB interface and monitoring software. The monitoring software has functions such as reading, reviewing, saving, reporting, and printing historical data.
1.Two measurement modes, automatic measurement mode: the test current can be automatically selected according to the load. Manual measurement mode: There are 7 gears to test current
